Update

Some users have reported difficulty logging in with MFA. If you are hitting this, try doing a hard refresh of your browser, waiting a minute or two, then trying again. It may take several attempts, but most people have been able to successfully log in eventually. We are looking into the root cause of why some attempts are failing
