Scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, September 24,2025:
On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM ET, we will be performing scheduled maintenance to deploy a new load balancing system. This upgrade is designed to better route traffic, which will improve request latency and remove a major source of past downtime.
What to expect:We anticipate a smooth process, but there is a chance this will temporarily cause degraded performance during the scheduled window. Because we can only confirm results of the change under production conditions, we’ll be monitoring the process extremely closely throughout the day for any errors or changes in performance and will roll back if any issues arise.
